Beware of Your Friends!

My friend David "Money_Player" Jackson of Macon Georgia, APCA master player, and I met at a tournament held on May 6, 2006 at Great Falls, South Carolina that was being coordinated by Professor Rufus Watts of Benedict College. After My friend "Money_Player" had finished playing all the players in his division and prior to my departure, two friends decided to play one friendly game, "the giant master player" vs. "a strong gold bar player." Somewhere in our playing of the "Alley Game" the common pattern described above developed with it being my move. My first inclination was 1. 15-19, make the sacrifice and subsequently retrieve my losses with 2. 8-11. Is this a sound plan of attack on white's weakened double corner?
